 Project Description

Developed in partnership with the property owner. Beetlestone Builders is involved from the ground up — including entitlements, permitting, construction loan coordination, and full-cycle project delivery. Juniper Apartments is a $6 million multifamily ground-up construction project consisting of 24 apartment units and 3 common rooms across three levels, with approximately 26ksf of conditioned interior space. Project financing is in place through a Utah-based commerical bank.

Beetlestone Builders is currently seeking competitive proposals from experienced, properly licensed trade contractors. Proposals will be evaluated based on scope completeness, pricing, qualifications, and schedule.

ReconCraft Manufacturing Facility — Estacada, OR (2017)
A 12,000 SF manufacturing facility developed and built from the ground up on a one-acre site. Scope included land acquisition, financing, permitting, and construction of a two-story office component alongside dedicated manufacturing and equipment space.

Nordstrom Rack — Sandy, UT (2008–2009)
New construction of a full-scale retail store, including complete MEP and life-safety systems. Delivered on schedule to the national retailer's exacting standards.

Adobe Headquarters Remodel — San Francisco, CA (2007)
Lead Project Manager on a 30,000 SF remodel of Adobe's former headquarters, including a new primary building entrance, major interior reconfiguration, and fast-track delivery while maintaining ongoing operations.

Mercedes-Benz Sales & Service Center — San Francisco, CA (2005–2006)
Conversion of four adjacent SOMA district buildings into a 70,000 SF automotive sales and service center, including a third-floor showroom and reconstructed roof structure for rooftop parking.

Pacific Primary School — San Francisco, CA (2007)
Ground-up construction of a 7,800 SF preschool facility — classrooms, art and music rooms, kitchen, administrative offices, and courtyard playground.

Cathedral School for Boys — San Francisco, CA (2007)
A 15,900 SF expansion adjacent to Grace Cathedral, including adaptive reuse of a historic church crypt converted into classroom space — a technically demanding urban infill project.

US Coast Guard — Anti-Terrorism Force Protection — CA, WA, OR (2003–2005)
Design-build security upgrades at multiple federal facilities across three states, meeting post-9/11 federal security mandates.
